Despite being forced to live on a ventilator in his battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), Mark Angelos never lost his love for good food. A huge Greek presence and great friend to those who knew him, I filmed Mark for one day last August and came up with this piece, which is most definitely dedicated to his memory.
